Strong acids

Strong acids, such as sulphuric acid or hydrochloric acid, may not be stored in Klaeser’s container warehouse for safety reasons. Due to their aggressive and reactive nature, they pose a potential danger to employees, the environment and warehouse structures. Klaeser has clear guidelines for the safe storage and handling of chemicals to prevent accidents and damage. If necessary, companies should contact specialized facilities for the safe storage of strong acids.

Highly volatile halogenated solvents

For safety reasons, highly volatile halogenated solvents such as dichloromethane or trichloroethene may not be stored in Klaeser’s container warehouse. Due to their high volatility, flammability and harmful properties, they pose an increased risk of fires, explosions and damage to health. Klaeser attaches great importance to safety and recommends that companies contact specialized facilities for the safe storage of these solvents.
